County Boat Ramp Closure

We are helping spread the word for the county. The boat launch at the Lake Missaukee County Park will be closed for construction starting October 13, 2025.

Improvements include replacement of the boat ramp and repair to sections of the lagoon
seawall to improve safety and accessibility. The boat launch is expected to be shutdown
for the remainder of the calendar year and will re-open in the spring when weather
allows, prior to park opening on May 15, 2026.

Boaters are encouraged to remove boats from the lake prior to this date or use
alternative launch sites.

We appreciate the public’s cooperation and patience as these important improvements
are completed.
