The Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Lake City Municipal Building, 115 W. John Street, to discuss the owners at 706 S. Lakeshore Drive, Parcel Number 051-180-012-00 for a variance for an additional 8% lot coverage.
