The City of Lake City warmly invites you to attend two special upcoming events celebrating progress and recognition in our community:

1. Groundbreaking Ceremony – Downtown Grand Central Park

Downtown Lake City (Grand Central Park site)
Join us as we break ground on the new Grand Center Park, an exciting step forward in enhancing our downtown and public spaces. Your presence would be greatly appreciated by the City Council.

2. RRC Essentials Recognition Presentation

Lake City City Hall
Following our recent success in the Redevelopment Ready Communities (RRC) program, representatives from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) will give a short presentation recognizing Lake City as an Essentials community. This distinction honors our adoption of best practices and effective redevelopment tools.
