The Utility Billing Office is your central resource for managing water, sewer, and garbage services within the City of Lake City. We are committed to providing accurate, timely billing and responsive customer service to all residents and businesses.

Whether you’re setting up a new account, making a payment, or have questions about your bill, our staff is here to help. We offer multiple convenient payment options, including online payments, drop box, mail, and in-person services at City Hall.

The dates below are the scheduled mailing dates for water and sewer bills for the City
of Lake City. We will be doing our utmost to adhere to this, but bear in mind some
situations are not within our control.
