Long-Term Rentals Ordinance

The purpose of this Ordinance is to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the residents and guests of the City of Lake City.

The City will provide adequate standards and enforcement measures for appropriate regulation of Long-Term and Commercial/Industrial Rentals, ensure the delineated units comply with IPMC regulations, and further the Ordinance establishes a process that will ensure an adequate enforcement mechanism is in place.
