Dock and Boat Permit

This is an application document that outlines the process to seek and/or obtain a ‘Dock and Boat’ permit in the City of Lake City. The issuance of a permit is predicated on completion of an accurate permit application, fulfillment of cited provisions, and further availability and issuance.

Upon issuance of a permit, the referenced applicant must comply with the delineated program requirements throughout the cited permit period.

The permit is only available at the cited location, and further is only effective from the first day of April through the first day of November.

The City Clerk and/or available office staff at City Hall are responsible for this program.
